LVI Pupils Publish First Edition of ‘Mathematica’, A New Maths Magazine

At Wycombe Abbey, we are committed to nurturing our pupils’ passions and encouraging them to pursue these passions with confidence. We take great pride in supporting a diverse array of pupil-led publications that explore a wide range of subjects.
LVI pupils Judy and Cice have recently published the inaugural edition of their magazine Mathematica. This edition acts as a showcase of mathematics beyond problem statements on paper, the publication features accessible articles on diverse topics ranging from game theory in Hamilton to finding mathematics in art, as well as a variety of fun puzzles and memes.
This edition of Mathematica offers great insight into just how much mathematics is embedded in everyday life. We can’t wait to read the future editions!
