Celebrating Innovation: Selin (UVI) Takes Home the Atherton Award

We are delighted to announce that Selin (UVI) has been crowned this year’s winner of the prestigious Atherton Award. The award celebrates entrepreneurial spirit in young women and includes a £500 prize, along with invaluable mentoring from venture capitalist and entrepreneur Amber Atherton, or a member of her team.
Selin impressed the judging panel with her creation of CaspiStudio, a web design agency tailored to medium-sized businesses in Azerbaijan. Recognising the significant digital divide between Azerbaijan and the UK, Selin’s project stood out for its mission to help businesses enhance their global reach and boost sales through improved digital presence.
Selin is a shining example of how Wycombe Abbey pupils embody our core value of innovation, identifying market gaps and developing impactful, real-world solutions.
