We are delighted that Wycombe Abbey has been commended in the Independent School of the Year Awards 2025 – Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Justice category.
This recognition reflects our commitment to fostering a culture where pupils feel that inclusion is woven through every aspect of school life, guided by pupil voice and evidence-led reflective practice.
From the success of our inaugural Global Celebration Week to new initiatives supporting staff, we are proud of a community that remains committed to strengthening and evolving this important work. Through a shared commitment from pupils and staff, we continue to create an environment where every individual feels valued, supported and able to contribute fully to school life.
