Wycombe Abbey’s Got Talent 2026

Last week, LAC theatre was transformed into the Wycombe Abbey’s Got Talent Stage!
We were treated to seven incredible performances; a dance by the 1st lacrosse team, a Spice Girls tribute act followed by a brilliant UIII dancing duo, a powerful rendition of 5SOS’ ‘Teeth’, then a heartfelt Bruno Mars ballad, an original pop song and, to close, a surprise chapel choir One Direction takeover.
Our esteemed judging panel comprised Mrs Blunt, Mr Harrington and Mr Murphy, who provided us with witty commentary, lots of laughs throughout the night, and of course, fabulous outfits. This event was our biggest initiative as a Head Girl Team, and it was truly a joy to organise and host; we absolutely loved seeing everyone have so much fun both on stage and in the audience.
Wycombe Abbey’s Got Talent was a true testament to our objective of enjoyment throughout the school community, encouraging the pupils and staff to take a break from their busy school lives and enjoy an hour of pure fun.
We’d like to thank everyone who, despite their nerves, went on stage and truly blew us all away! In addition, this event wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Mr Grace, Mr Hams, Mrs Fisher and Mrs Tidbury, who ensured the night ran smoothly.
Now, as our tenure draws to a close, we remain focused on pursuing our three core aims of kindness, integration and enjoyment, which we hope will have a lasting impact on the Wycombe Abbey community.
