Fantastic Reviews for Wycombe Abbey

The front cover if the Tatler Schools Guide 2024. A mum is walking her three children down some steps.

It’s been a fantastic few weeks for Wycombe Abbey in terms of publicity. The first review we received was in the Tatler Schools Guide. Historically recognised as one of the ultimate judges of the independent school sector in the UK, and more recently overseas, to be featured in this guide reaffirms our status as a world class school. Tatler regarded Wycombe Abbey as a ‘perch for high-fliers’ whilst praising us for our ‘nurturing atmosphere’ and ‘sisterhood’ ethos. The reviewer’s favourite personal touches were dorm decorations and our House Mother Programme.

The second review received was from Hero Brown at Muddy Stilettos. Despite Muddy Stilettos previously being viewed as more of a lifestyle brand, their Best School Guide has become increasingly highly regarded. The Muddy Stilettos Best School Guide prides itself on being unique, independent and honest. Praising us for our academics, sports and arts offerings, the review paints Wycombe Abbey as first class across the board. Hero Brown was particularly impressed by our close-knit community feel, noting ‘…the girls showing me around talked about their own boarding house without self-consciousness as “home”’ and details ‘the kids I met at the school told me they love it there, and they have great affection for their teachers.’
