Candice Brown opens our new café ‘The Courtyard’

We were thrilled to welcome Candice Brown, winner of the 2016 Great British Bake Off, to Wycombe Abbey on Tuesday 18 January 2017.

Candice officially opened the School’s new café, ‘The Courtyard’ and tried a selection of Victoria sponge cakes baked by the girls. She also took part in a question and answer session with the whole school and shared her many baking experiences.

Headmistress Rhiannon Wilkinson said, ‘We were very pleased to welcome Candice to Wycombe Abbey for the official opening of our new School café. ‘The Courtyard’ is a wonderful new resource for the School which is enjoyed by pupils, parents and staff.’
