An Evening with David Yarrow

Fine art photographer David Yarrow was invited to speak at Wycombe Abbey as part of the Headmistress’s lecture series. The Pao Li Auditorium was filled with pupils, parents and staff who gathered to hear David speak about his experiences photographing wildlife from all over the world. As well as being Europe’s best selling wildlife photographer, David also has a daughter at the School. His work is featured in some of the world’s leading galleries including the renowned Perot Museum in Dallas and the new Museum of Natural History in Missouri.

David has recently signed a book deal with Rizzoli publishing house in New York to produce a flagship book named Wild Encounters. The book features work from seven continents and captures some of the world’s most endangered species. David is currently engaged in a world tour to promote the book and HRH the Duke of Cambridge has written the accompanying foreword.

The lecture was extremely well received and enjoyed by all members of the School’s community. We wish David every success for the future and especially for the rest of his book tour.
