Wycombe Abbey Pupil Rides London to Brighton for Charity

In September, Cecily (LVI) and her father Giles, completed the 55-mile bike ride from London to Brighton on one of the hottest days of the year. They undertook the charity ride was in honour of Wycombe Abbey pupil, Caitlyn, who sadly died last year. Cecily and her father raised over £9000 for charity, a huge achievement.

A highlight for Cecily was receiving a good luck message from her peers on the evening of the event.

We are very proud of all girls (and their families) who take the opportunity to raise money for causes close to their hearts. These activities embody the School value of service and is in recognition of the great rewards that individuals reap in helping, supporting and giving to others both within the School community and beyond it. Well done Cecily and Giles!
