Co-curricular Activities and Opportunities at Wycombe Abbey

One of the joys of boarding school is the range of activities on offer seven days a week, making the most of our beautiful School grounds and variety of indoor spaces. This allows girls to experience a huge range of clubs and societies to support their academic interests or for personal development, picking their favourites to focus on as they progress through the School.

We have recently created a new brochure to give you an overview of what your daughter’s co-curricular and enrichment journey could look like from her first day at Wycombe Abbey through to making choices in the Sixth Form about higher education and careers. It demonstrates how the boarding house system supports your daughter to fulfil her potential and what her weekly schedule will look like in order to achieve this.

Within these pages, you can find information on the traditional sport, music and drama co-curricular opportunities for participation and performance, as well as understanding more about how involvement in school trips, community projects, weekend activities and our enterprise endeavours underpin our School Values.

Our programme will continue to evolve alongside the rapidly changing world around us and we truly believe that the opportunities shared here will prepare your daughter for whatever direction she chooses in the future. After a few disrupted years, it is a joy to see the School as a hive of activity once again, both on-site and further afield.
