On what felt like the first evening of summer, Wednesday 8 May, Mr and Mrs Tiwari, parents of Aryana, hosted a gathering for parents of pupils in Lower Fourth in their beautiful home in Beaconsfield. It was not only an excellent occasion for parents to get to know one another, but also an opportunity for the Headmistress to speak about our plans for the future of the School campus and for me to introduce myself and our fundraising aspirations. Mr Woods, Miss Boswell, Ms Dubois, Mrs Harbour and Mrs Fawkes also enjoyed the Tiwari’s generous hospitality and the lively conversation with the LIV parents.
It was truly a wonderful evening, and we hope that we can replicate this opportunity with other year-group parents. Every time we gather and get to know each other, the Wycombe Abbey community grows stronger.
