Reporting to the Domestic Services Manager and Domestic Team Leader, the post holder will work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and order is maintained in their designated area.

Monday to Friday Staff

Hours: 6:00 to 11:00 term-time only.

Salary: £7.94 per hour

Saturday Staff

Hours: 8:00 to 12:00 on 27 Saturdays over the course of the School year

Salary: £8.53 per hour

Domestic Assistant - Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to assist the HR Manager in the provision of a Human Resources function and to support the management of the School

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and to prioritise numerous demands. You will be experienced in dealing with a wide caseload of employee relations issues and feel confident to deputise for the HR Manager. A meticulous eye for detail and an ability to process large amounts of data are vital requirements.

Duties will include ensuring that all HR practices are fully compliant with Safer Recruitment and GDPR legislation. The HR Advisor will be the lead on all support staff recruitment and induction.

It would be preferable, but not essential, to have prior knowledge of school inspections. CIPD Level 5 Certificate or Diploma desirable.

Hours: 8:00 – 16:30

52 weeks per year

5 weeks’ holiday plus Bank Holidays
