Mr Asad Rashid

I have worked at Wycombe Abbey for over 10 years. Being at the front of the School I get the opportunity to meet and greet staff, pupils and visitors every day as well as patrolling our beautiful site.

Mr Stefan Reid

Working with Wycombe girls is always a collaboration in the best possible sense: they are proactive, involved, questioning and clearly relish academic challenges. Joining this School was joining a community; the School is working hard to support staff; staff wellbeing is given high priority and there are interesting opportunities for professional development through the year.

Ms Krutika Sunil

It has been a dream come true to work at a school like Wycombe Abbey. The opportunities the pupils get are great and it has been amazing. I feel really looked after. I recently completed my MA which Wycombe Abbey partly funded and the Staff Wellbeing committee at School has gone above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated!

Mr Neill George

I joined Wycombe Abbey eight years ago, straight after achieving my PGCE as a Teacher of History. In my time, I have been Second in Department and as of September 2021, I now hold the role of Head of History. With the support of my excellent colleagues, I have been free to create, resource and teach eight new courses since joining the School. I have had the privilege of hosting dinners and talks by some of the best historians in the world and have been on more trips than I could have imagined. I'm not just a teacher, but a learner too, and that keeps things exciting.

Miss Ruby Smith

This is my seventh year at Wycombe Abbey having started my teaching career here as an NQT. I am an International Lacrosse Player and have been fortunate enough to represent England in one Junior and two Senior World Championships and three European Championships. I love imparting my Lacrosse knowledge to the girls and seeing them progress through their School careers.

Mr Dan Davy

I have worked at Wycombe Abbey for four years and am responsible for the upkeep of the Grounds. Every day is different and I have a great team around me. We have a lovely community feel across the School and I feel privileged to work in such a fantastic setting.

Ms Claire Flynn

My Wycombe journey began in September 2018 as an NQT and as an Assistant Housemistress. Through the support and guidance I received at Wycombe Abbey, I passed my NQT and progressed to become the Housemistress of Airlie House. I feel very privileged to work in such a beautiful School with motivated and inquisitive pupils. Working in a community like Wycombe Abbey is inspiring.

Mrs Julie Godsoe

I am the Manager of the School Shop at Wycombe Abbey and have been here for 12 years. I am very fortunate in that I am able to meet parents and girls at the start of their Wycombe Abbey journey. I interact with the girls on a daily basis and it gives me great pleasure to see them flourish and develop as they go through the School.

Mr Matt Oliver

I have worked at Wycombe Abbey since 2011 teaching Mathematics across the School. My favourite part of the job is teaching lessons to enthusiastic and inquisitive pupils. Outside of the classroom I enjoy playing and coaching underwater hockey and have competed for GB.

Ms Avani Hurribunce

I have worked at Wycombe Abbey since September 2014 and have held a variety of pastoral roles. Wycombe Abbey creates an environment which provides opportunities for our pupils to learn integrity, self-confidence and resilience. The School is keen to foster an inclusive culture where both staff and pupils appreciate different cultures.

Mrs Gemma Crauford

Having recently joined Wycombe Abbey as a member of staff, I have been very aware of the strong feeling of community and have felt very welcomed. I have never worked in a school before and within my role as Reception Administrator, I enjoy the variety as no two days are ever the same.

Mr Jacob Grace

As soon as I joined Wycombe Abbey in 2022, I immediately felt a sense of togetherness. My job involves designing technical solutions for theatrical and live events, which I take pride in by collaborating with the team around me.
