Seniors Making a Difference Panellist: Alice Loxton

Alice Loxton (Class of 2014, Pitt, C293) Presenter and Content Creator, History Hit.

Alice has presented alongside the likes of Dan Snow, Dan Cruickshank and Matthew Rice, on a wide variety of topics, including The Unifoms of the British Army, The Edinburgh New Town, Shakespeare’s Stratford and The English Parish Church. Other presenting work includes educational history content for Channel 4, LadBible and BBC Bitesize. She has also helped produce documentaries featuring Ray Mears, Andrew Roberts and Nicola Tallis. 

Alice is also a writer, currently working on a book about The Golden Age of British Satire, and she writes occasionally for newspapers. 

Alice is also a Committee Member of the Young Georgians, and a Trustee of the Florence Nightingale Museum. She studied History at the University of Edinburgh.
