SDC are pleased to be able to issue their first newsletter; we hope you'll find it both informative and interesting.
We commenced works on 16 November 2015 and expect works to be completed in February 2017. Our site accommodation is now set up and we've started the actual works. At the moment we are digging out the ground down to the lower ground floor level and will shortly start installing the sewers and foundations for the building. In the new year we will continue with the installation of the foundations and aim to commence with the ground floor slab towards the middle of January. A tower crane will be erected towards the end of January.
