Miss Anne Beswick

I qualified as a Registered Nurse at Guys’ Hospital, London, then went on to train as a Midwife and District Nurse and also studied palliative care and counselling.  My career has been mostly working in hospitals and clinics in England, the Middle East and Australia.  I have had previous experience as a school nurse and practice nurse and I am delighted to be at Wycombe Abbey School.

Mrs Shirley Schulz

I was born and bred in South Africa of British origin and I trained as a Nurse and Midwife at Greys’ Hospita, Pietersmaritzburg, Natal.  I later completed the Community Health Nursing Science course and the UNICEF course of Integrated Management of childhood illnesses.  My career of 35 years has been working in hospitals and rural clinics in remote areas of South Africa.  I am married with three grown-up children and my husband works in Tanzania, East Africa.

Mrs D Hoare

On leaving college I worked as a bilingual secretary, but left to train as a nurse and qualified from Stoke Mandeville Hospital in 1984. I have worked as a registered nurse in private health care in a variety of roles since 1986 whilst bringing up my two sons who are now 21 and 17. I am also interested in and use complementary health care and have studied homeopathy for 3 years at Purton House School of Homeopathy.
