Classical Association Competition   

A number of Wycombe girls entered the Senior categories (designed for Sixth Form students) in this competition although, except for Mel and Juliet, they are not Sixth Formers. They were especially commended for doing so, though their outstanding performances in any case merited the prizes they were awarded.

The awards were as follows:

Senior Latin Verse:

1st prize - Sabrina Lister

 

Senior Latin Memoriter:

1st prize - Sophie Odenthal

 

Senior Latin Dialogue:

2nd prize – Eleanor Gauld and Isabel Lewin-Smith

 

GREEK

Senior Greek Verse:

1st prize – Harriet Asquith

 

Senior Greek Memoriter:

1st prize - Olivia Skilbeck

 

Senior Greek Dialogue:

2nd prize – Mel Newbery and Juliet Trent
