Wycombe Footballers Shine at Trials

For the first time, our footballers attended trials for the U18 Home Counties Football Team, which will play in the ISFA U18 Regional Representative Tournament in March.

Alongside girls from a number of other independent schools, the players were put through their paces by QPR coach Neil Dejyothin and ex-QPR first team player, Cez Guard, whilst the goalkeepers enjoyed a specialist session run by Rob Potter. The standard of Football was very high throughout and a strong Home Counties Team has been put together - over half of which is made up of Wycombe girls! Congratulations to all of the girls who took part, but particularly to the 11 who are now proud members of the Home Counties 18-strong squad!
