Ten Wycombe Lacrosse teams made a great start to the season on Saturday; the statistics at the end of the day read seven wins, one draw and two (narrow) losses against Downe House.

A newly formed 1st XII Squad, captained by Issy and supported by Vice Captain Annie, demonstrated that they have great potential; Eleanor was selected as POM and excelled at both ends of the pitch. The Senior Squad have great strength in depth - with over 100 players in the squad it bodes well for the rest of the season! Other particularly notable performances came from the U15As (POM Claire), the U14As (POM Issy) and U13As (POM Helena).
