Lacrosse at Berkhamsted

Ten teams travelled to Berkhamsted and some closely fought matches ensued.  Overall, Wycombe emerged with more victories than losses so it was a positive afternoon statisically!

The 1sts started slowly before gathering pace, but unfortunately the whistle went just before they had time to equalise. Louise was named POM. The 2nds had a good win and created some excellent goal scoring opportunities. Goalkeepers Georgie and Chloe made important saves and interceptions, whilst Sophie was named POM for some excellent work in midfield. The 15s had two good wins, with Frankie and Annabel named as POMs. The U14s are a much improved squad. Both teams played assertively and created a number of goal scoring opportunities. POMs were Tilly and Sarala.

A good win for the U13As was inspired by Soma's excellent performance. The Bs also had some very good moments, with Clara named as POM. The U12s met some really tough opponents and have learned some good lessons, which they will no doubt try to implement in their next match.  Well done to POMs Florence and Ellie.
