Second place in the University of Oxford Oncology Competition

On 19 April, Kelly (UV), was invited to visit the Department of Oncology at Oxford University as part of her prize for winning second place in their annual national video competition. Part of a science outreach initiative, the contest required pupils to create and submit a two minute video explaining the science of oncology to a wider audience. These entries were judged by a panel of scientists, communicators and video specialists. Kelly is to be commended for her initiative, and passion for science, and for achieving this honour whilst still in UV.
